Personally, I like Nassau better. Paradise Island (the Atlantis Resort) is also great.

Nassau is better , but is pricier, most beautifiul shopping area adjacent to the casino. Freeport is nice for gift buying (good waterford, there) Freeport is okay, Nassau is also right near Paradise Island which is stunning, Also watch out if you have long-ish hair, everybody will want to braid it

Freeport is overall nicer; however, there many more things to do in Nassau.
