The legal age for drinking and gambling is 18

Gambling is strictly enforced, Drinking is not.

Although many of the better restaurants and clubs will not serve with out ID. And clubs such as Aura at Atlantis will not allow you in without proper ID.

Some of the local clubs don't want the drama of the kiddie crowd, so they will also ask for ID. And some are a bit selective.

Other places.. like senor frogs.. could care less and will serve you as long as you have the $$ to pay for it.

I am traveling to the Bahamas in 2 months and read up that the LEGAL age is 18. However, enforcement of the law is where the rules can be bent a little bit.

There's no age so much as there's a strict "you must be this tall to drink" policy.
